We are working on the redevelopment of part of a late-Georgian terrace in Knightsbridge, to convert the property into luxury apartments. We have been involved with the property since the 1990’s, when it was first converted into flats, including several subsequent developments.
The proposals involve demolishing two, much altered, six storey houses in the middle of a terrace and a rear mews building, whilst retaining the front façade, entrance porticos and pavement vaults. They are to be replaced with a new 8 storey R.C framed building, which includes an additional single level of basement and a small sub-basement plant room in the rear. The scheme has been drawn in 3D using Revit, with the design coordinated with the Architect and other consultants as a BIM model.
