Training
Everyone at Alan Baxter is given the opportunity to develop and enhance their skills in existing areas, acquire new skills and extend their knowledge of new developments in their field.
Our comprehensive in-house learning programme provides a sound base to the professional development of staff and our wide-ranging technical seminars are open to anyone interested in the subject matter and cover professional, technical and design development.
We also run a bursary fund which provides support for those undertaking external professional development through further education or training.
