Over the course of nearly fifty years, we have advised owners of hundreds of London town houses – of all sizes and ages, in all parts of the city.

Drawing on this wealth of in-house knowledge, our team of historians and conservation advisors are highly experienced in advising clients, architects and other professionals about internal alterations, rear extensions and roof changes – from minor changes for bathrooms and kitchens up to major multi-storey basement extensions, and often working hand-in -and with engineering colleagues.
Frequently, our participation and advocacy is crucial to securing consent from the boroughs, many of whom have rigorous policies for change to London’s famed historic housing stock.
