Your Career

Central to our approach is the nurture and support of employees, with an emphasis on balancing stimulating, creative work with flexibility and guidance from experienced leaders.

We value curiosity over narrow specialism, encouraging staff to engage widely through events, publications, and collaborative opportunities.

We foster a strong culture and ethos, maintaining an active, sociable community that is enriched by charitable involvement, including support for two foundations established by the practice. This community of like-minded professionals, combined with our commitment to creativity and breadth of outlook, provides an environment where individuals can flourish.

Training

We support professional and personal development for those passionate about the built environment. We have a reputation for being at the forefront of creative endeavour and care for the built environment because we prioritise intellectual curiosity and professional growth, and invest in training and knowledge-sharing so you can contribute to a broad spectrum of issues.

Our comprehensive in-house learning programme provides a sound base to the professional development of staff and our wide-ranging technical seminars are open to anyone interested in the subject matter and cover professional, technical and design development.

We also run a bursary fund which provides support for those undertaking external professional development through further education or training.
