Imperial College - 170 Queen's Gate

Imperial College - 170 Queen's Gate

This Grade-II* listed house of 1888-89 by Richard Norman Shaw is owned by Imperial College and used for the Rector’s residence, visitor accommodation and conference, dining and events facilities.

On behalf of Imperial College, we submitted three Listed Building Consent applications for internal and external refurbishment and DDA works. All three applications were granted Listed Building Consent by Westminster City Council, and we subsequently worked closely with Imperial College on the production of a Conservation Statement for 170 Queen’s Gate to guide its appropriate development in future.
