Our Urbanism team has been working with Leverhulme for several years to develop the long term, estate-wide ‘Leverhulme Vision’ for delivering much-needed new homes while enhancing the environmental quality and accessibility of its retained rural estate.
Our masterplans for seven sites will deliver nearly 800 homes. The proposed new neighbourhoods reflect the distinctive character of the Leverhulme vernacular, and are supported by wide-reaching proposals for off-site biodiversity and accessibility enhancements including the creation of SANG (Suitable Alternative Natural Green Space) and Cycle Supergreenways.
