Apex Gardens

Apex Gardens

Located on a busy junction at the corner of Tottenham High Road and Seven Sisters Road and adjacent to Seven Sisters Underground Station, this 22-storey tower accommodates 163 tenure-blind apartments. It comprises 68 percent PRS and 32 percent affordable homes and was delivered as phase one of the Seven Sisters Regeneration Project.

We provided structural engineering, transport and movement advice and worked closely with John McAslan + Partners to demonstrate how planning restrictions on the site could be developed to deliver substantially more residential accommodation. The scheme is car-free with only servicing taking place off-street, whilst on-street disabled parking ensures car access is retained for key tenants.

The project comprises three buildings set around a new public square – the tower, a six-storey building providing further affordable housing units and a row of affordable houses with a retail component at its base, earmarked for a local market operator. The project was shortlisted for a Haringey Design Award in the ‘Excellent Homes’ category in 2021.
