We provided conservation advice to support proposals to refurbish and alter this Grade II listed property on Cadogan Square, originally designed in 1886 by John James Stevenson and which now sits within the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea’s Hans Town Conservation Area.
The proposals involved alterations such as replacing two external doors on the building’s primary elevation with windows; adding in a new service stair to complete an existing staircase; adding new finishes and details throughout the house and upgrading services (including a new roof-mounted unit).
The proposals were granted planning approval in 2023.
