Surrounded by green spaces, the University of Greenwich’s Avery Hill Campus is located in Eltham, south-east London. It has teaching and sporting facilities as well as student accommodation. Avery Hill College, once situated on the site of the existing Avery Hill campus, was made up of two sites, Southwood and Mansion.
We are currently assisting the University with structural engineering advice to support the refurbishment of Avery Hill House’s Winter Garden - the second largest Victorian glasshouse after Kew Gardens – to create a venue that can be hired out..
