Clare leads our urban design team. She is an experienced urban designer and chartered landscape architect with wide ranging experience of leading masterplans and design strategies in complex urban and rural environments.

She works with public sector clients to develop local planning policy and guidance, and with private landowners who are looking to deliver high quality and distinctive places which respond strongly to local context.

She is an experienced facilitator of community and stakeholder consultation using hands-on engagement techniques and a clear, jargon-free presentation style. She has particular expertise in regeneration within existing communities, residential-led masterplanning, spatial planning and visioning. Her clients include local authorities, landowners and heritage organisations.

Clare is an Academician of the Academy of Urbanism.
