Hal is a Professional Engineer who joined us from Cambridge University in 2022, where he studied Civil and Structural Engineering.

He has experience working on historic listed buildings in the public and private sectors. These projects includes large country estates and galleries of national significance.

Recently, Hal has produced the stage 4 design for the extension of a Grade II* listed country house in Wiltshire. He helped to assess the poorly conceived historic additions to the original 17th Century original house and support the justification for them to be dismantled and replaced with a more sympathetic structure. The works include extension of an existing basement partially under the footprint of the building that Hal has developed methodologies for the construction of prior to engaging with Contractors.
