Gelupo is an award-winning gelateria established in 2010 by Victor Hugo and chef Jacob Kenedy. Their flagship store on Archer Street, London makes fresh gelato daily from natural ingredients.
In 2023 we provided structural engineering advice for the refurbishment of the ground and lower-ground floor retail unit. This involved advising on removing walls within the basement to create a larger kitchen and advising on the existing ground floor so it could accommodate new floor finishes.
The work significantly improved the space available for display and customer circulation, and enabled Gelupo to reaffirm its street presence and brand.
