Palace Court House

Our structural engineering work at a house on Palace Court will transform a Bayswater townhouse into four individual apartments through a sensitive reconfiguration of this Grade II listed building dating from 1890.

The house was formerly owned by the Spanish Vincentian fathers and includes a former chapel space alongside a library and meeting rooms. Our work alongside FNFC architects and Pietro Belli Design involves adding a mews structure to the rear, installing a new lift core, altering the existing lightwell to allow for the introduction of glass walkways and bridges between the front and rear of the house, as well as comprehensive remedial works to strengthen the existing structure.
