We provided structural engineering advice to a private client on the residential redevelopment of a two acre site in Chelsea.
The overall proposed scheme was to develop the site back into a single occupancy residence. This included the refurbishment of three listed buildings on the site, the addition of a large reinforced concrete basement under part of the extensive grounds, and significant landscaping.
