We have worked for many years at George Gilbert Scott and William Barlow’s masterpiece: the Grade I listed St Pancras Station.
We first aided its transformation from a semi-derelict blot on Euston Road to one of Europe’s finest railway interchanges and a monument to bold but sensitive conservation and refurbishment.
Since 2019, we have worked on a number of projects and studies across St Pancras for HS1 Ltd, who manage the high-speed line across the south-east of England as well as four stations – Ashford, Ebbsfleet, Stratford International and St Pancras International – for the Department for Transport. We have supported them on the refurbishment and refitting of retail units throughout the station to help ensure that new tenants maintain St Pancras International's lauded design standards and principles without frustrating their ability to operate in today’s highly competitive retail environment.
