Manager of Legal Affairs

Gina advises the firm on the legal aspects of all areas of our work. In particular, she assists with appointments, collateral warranties, novation agreements, confidentiality agreements, insurance, business continuity and other legal documentation. She is also the primary administrator for our two associated charities. She joined us in 2018 after spending a number of years in the USA. Gina started her career as an engineer and has worked for several leading multinational engineering consultancies, both in an engineering and legal capacity, in both the UK and in the USA.

Gina is a member of the Association for Consultancy and Engineering Legal and Commercial Group and the Construction Industry Council Liability Panel.
